YURON: Plug-and-Play 4K Wireless Transmitter & Receiver

YURON has launched its plug-and-play 4K wireless transmitter and receiver on Kickstarter, positioning the device as a straightforward solution for wireless screen sharing across multiple platforms. The project targets users who frequently switch between devices or work in environments where traditional wired connections are impractical.

The system supports 4K video output at 60Hz and is designed to transmit content wirelessly over distances of up to 45 meters. By relying on a built-in 5G Wi-Fi connection, YURON aims to maintain stable performance in offices, classrooms, and other shared spaces where wireless interference is common.

Unlike many wireless display systems that require dedicated apps or software, YURON operates without driver installation. Users can connect the transmitter and receiver and begin sharing content immediately. The device also supports up to 100W PD 3.0 power delivery, allowing laptops and mobile devices to remain charged during extended presentations or work sessions. According to the project team, the system uses a direct connection method intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

YURON is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Android, making it suitable for mixed-device environments. The project is positioned for a range of use cases, including business meetings, educational presentations, and creative workflows that benefit from a clean, cable-free setup.

The YURON wireless transmitter and receiver is currently seeking funding on Kickstarter, where it has begun attracting attention from backers looking for a practical and uncluttered approach to wireless display sharing.
